With many existing runDisney events and MagicBands being canceled due to COVID-19, it’s nice to see Disney planning for the future with the 2021 runDisney Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend. During the sign-up for the event, there is an offer to buy a new Limited Edition MagicBand for $34.99. You can register for it on May 12th, 2020, and it takes place from January 6-10, 2021. Early access to register has been given to Annual Passholders, DVC, and Golden Oak members. The MagicBand will be available for pickup at the event itself on January 6th. Hopefully I’ll be able to get a picture of the actual band soon.
This MagicBand is not available directly from Disney unless you are registered for the runDisney event, but you can buy it from eBay online by clicking this link which will take you right to the product listings.
