Another new MagicBand is on the way! Steven Miller of the Disney Parks Blog has confirmed to me in a follow-up question on a recent blog post that a new 2016 themed MagicBand will be making its way to the theme parks soon. My guess is that it will be a Limited Release band on sale for $24.95, just as the 2015 band was, and the logo/graphics on the band will match the theme throughout the rest of the 2016 line. It should be on sale for about a year obviously.
Last year the 2015 band showed up on shelves a few days before the New Year, so I expect the same for the 2016 band as well. I will be out of town for the holidays, so if any one of you readers finds this MagicBand for sale, please let me know. I’d like to see pictures of both the front and the back of it.
