D23’s Destination D: Amazing Adventures starts today for the highest paying Wilderness Explorer VIP attendees attendees, and the event runs until Sunday, November 20th, 2016. Like in 2014, a special MagicBand gift is being given to all 1300 attendees at the event. This special Limited Edition 1300 MagicBand (which wasn’t classified as Limited in 2014), comes in a great box and features the all new Generation 2 (officially called “MagicBand 2” by Disney) design of the band, which I’ve posted about before at this link.
Because of the new puck style of the MagicBand redesign, I am unsure if the graphic strap will appear on the My Disney Experience website when entering in the ID number on the back. I am also unsure if these will make special effects at any touch points within Walt Disney World or not. As soon as I find out more, I will let you all know!
Do you know if this is for all D23 attendees or just the VIPs?
Because the band is Limited Edition 1300, it looks like all attendees will get one.
